Photo Wildlife Tours is involved in several conservation projects, in which research, environmental education, photography and video are combined. The objective is to create awareness of the problems that are consuming the planet and promote a change in people’s behavior, prioritizing the well-being of the environment in our day to day.

Tueri

The TUERI Wildlife Hospital was created by the San Francisco University of Quito USFQ to offer veterinary attention to wild animals rescued from illegal traffic, poaching, forest fires or any other situation that endangers their life, to be subsequently relocated or released in their home areas.

Bodypaint for Conservation

BFC was born under the idea of ​​allowing people to take over and personify biodiversity and its problems. To personify is to attribute human characteristics to animals and things, but I reverse this definition by giving animal characteristics to humans, allowing us to be nature, allowing ourselves to walk under their skin and understand what union means.

D’Yaira

D’Yaira was a project about the rescue, recovery, rehabilitation and release of a jaguar baby that was injured with 18 pellets. This project was led by the San Francisco University of Quito, in conjunction with other institutions, and video documented by Photo Wildlife Tours and Out Productions.

Fundación Cóndor Andino

FCA is a scientific technical nonprofit organization whose objective is to promote the Andean condor's investigation to determine its behavior patterns, population structure, habitat use and possible threats that lurk to recommend measures for its protection and generate processes of education and public awareness.

Arte y Conservación

Founded in 2006 by the artists Emmanuel Laverde and Paula Andrea Romero, Arte y Conservación is a non-profit organization dedicated to combining art with nature. The art is inspired by the beauty and biodiversity of the forests and jungles of Colombia.
